I am on assignment to help leaders, managers and their teams realize their capacity so they can live up to their full potential. As a certified life coach with a focus on capacity, I use these 4 essential questions to help my clients live, perform and produce at their highest level. They are:
1. How much can you hold?
2. How much can you handle?
3. How much can you have?
4. How much can you help?
WHAT CAPACITY IS AND WHY IT IS IMPORTANT
CAPACITY is the maximum amount something can contain. A baby in its infancy stage of life is limited to how much he/she can hold, handle, have and help. However, when the baby grows into a toddler, a teenager and ultimately an adult, its capacity has changed and the full-grown adult can now hold, handle, have and help more than it ever could as an infant.

The world in which we live and its systems wish to contract us where oftentimes God is calling us to EXPAND. There is a next level of living and productivity for us all and to get there, we must operate in our CAPACITY.
FOUR DATES YOU MUST HAVE TO OPERATE AT YOUR CAPACITY
1. DECISION DATE - You must make a declaration of where you are going in your life, business, ministry and/or career. Do not allow things to just happen. Plan for them to happen.

2. DUE DATE - Just like with any pregnancy, you must know when to expect the birth of the baby. You must have in mind when you want to operate at the next level of living and productivity.

3. DESTINY DATE - You must speak over the thing you've birthed so that it knows what is expected of it.
​
4. DETERMINATION DATE - You must be determined to stay the course despite the challenges you will face.
